Policy of exchange and return goods

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Check carefully: Please check carefully the goods before receiving

1.2. This policy does not apply to products on the Restricted List (products do not apply to pay back)

1.3. For customers in HCMC area. Ho Chi Minh can come directly to contact Change / Return / Warranty at the office, or TKT Mart warehouse at the address at the bottom of the page

1.4. Products implemented Exchange / Return must be products not included in the Restricted List

1.5. The product is only 100% original label, original belt, original material (not scratched, torn, broken, cracked ...) and full of accessories.

1.6. Goods must go through technical appraisal of TKT Mart unused and have sales invoices attached

1.7. The return and exchange process is done when the package is returned at TKT Mart's office or warehouse within the specified time of Exchange / Return.

1.8. Products returned without satisfying the above conditions will be automatically returned to the registered address according to your order information

2. THE CASES ARE CHANGED

2.1. Change products according to customers' needs

2.1.1. All items purchased from TKT Mart and Not on the limited list can be exchanged within 03 days from the date of delivery of TKT Mart (unless otherwise specified) without incurring any fees

2.1.2. If the time of changing products from 04 to 07 days from the date of purchase, the customer must bear 20% of the exchange fee and shipping, installation and the difference of the goods (if any).

2.1.3. You will be renewed with products of equal or higher value than purchased products. Customers will bear the shipping, installation fee, the difference of goods (if any).

2.1.4. We only accept exchange for products with original conditions, and purchase invoices at TKT mart & unused products, including and not limited to:

- Whole packaging and packaging are not dented

- Full of parts, details, accessories.

- Stamps / warranties (no information available), brand stamps, technical instructions and gifts (if any), etc. must be complete and intact.

- No dirt, scratches, breakage, damage, strange smell or signs of being washed or used.

2.1.5. After 07 days from the date of purchase, TKT Mart will not resolve the barter cases

2.2. Returns because the customer is not satisfied

2.2.1. All items purchased from TKT Mart and Not on the Limited List can be returned within 03 days from the date of TKT Mart's delivery (unless otherwise stated)

2.2.2. We support customers to return the goods in case the purchased goods are used for improper purposes, due to technical errors from the manufacturer or due to improper description.

2.2.3. Return term: 03 (three) days from the date of delivery indicated on "Sale Voucher", beyond the above time limit, we do not support return of goods

2.2.4. Please bear the 10% charge on the value of goods and the associated transportation and installation costs (if any) when returning the goods.

2.2.5. We only accept returns for products with original conditions, while purchase invoices at TKT Mart & unused products, including and not limited to:

- Whole packaging and packaging are not dented

- Full of parts, details, accessories.

- Stamps / warranty cards (no information available), brand stamps, technical instructions and gifts (if any), etc. must be complete and intact

- No dirt, scratches, breakage, damage, strange smell or signs of being washed or used.

3. CHANGE / PAY THE AVIATION FOR THE RIGHT FROM CUSTOMER

3.1. The delivery is broken, the content is wrong or missing:

- TKT Mart encourages customers to check the outside status of the container and product before payment to ensure that the goods are delivered according to the right type, quantity, color and order. The external situation is not affected (breakage / scratching). If this is the case, please refuse to receive the goods and / or immediately inform customer support for us to have a timely solution. (Please note that further testing steps such as product testing can only be accepted after the order is paid in full).

- In case the customer has paid, received the goods and then found that the goods are broken, inaccurate content or in stock, please take a picture of the product and send it to the mailbox info@tktmart.com to We support the next steps such as changing / returning goods or sending missing products to you ...

- After 48 hours from the day you receive the goods, TKT Mart has the right to refuse support for claims based on the above content.

3.2. Goods with technical errors

- The product is only considered a technical error when it is verified by the technical center or warranty center of the product.

- When you have a problem with the product ordered at TKT Mart, please take the following steps:

+ Step 1: Test yourself on how to use the product, the operations are guided in the "User guide" that comes with each product (if any).

+ Step 2: You contact the technical center / warranty in the instruction manual or warranty card of the product (if any). See more warranty policy here

+ Step 3: Within 03 days of receiving the goods, if you are confirmed from the technical center or warranty center of the product that the product has a technical error, please visit Immediately change the return order to start the return and return process.

In our experience, more than half of the products returned due to technical errors after being tested by the technical department are evaluated to be in perfect use. Therefore, in order to save time and convenience for customers, please read the user manual or contact the technical support of the product directly to make sure the product is assembled connect and operate correctly before sending goods back to TKT Mart.

4. METHOD OF REFUND

- After TKT Mart and customers have agreed to change / return goods, in case you get a refund, there will be the following methods:

- Change new products of the same type. Please bear the installation and shipping charges (if any)

- Bank transfer according to your information provided

- Cash. Please receive directly at TKT Mart

- Particularly for international credit card payment orders, we will apply a refund to the cardholder's payment account.
